Will Pacquiao-Mayweather be one of the more polarizing fights in recent memory?

i might be one of the few boxing fans who part of me feels a little queasy about the buildup to this fight. i'm married to a beautiful Filipino and love manny pacquiao, but i am a little disturbed about some of the anti mayweather comments i'm hearing from mostly filipino males. i saw the pacquiao-cotto fight at a sports bar and heard chants of "bring on monkey mayweather", which frankly is flat out racist. now, in no way, shape or form will i defend any of floyd's actions or comments, and his nonsense about manny and steroid use was tacky also, but i have yet to hear any african americans making any racist comments about filipinos. also, as much as i like manny, it's my own wife who points out his imperfections and how she wishes he would stay out of politics, and shows me this corrupt politician who is always with manny, and other stories about him. it seems as though he's reached "God-like" status in the PI and can do no wrong. I am a huge boxing fan and Manny has been on quite a run, but make no mistake, Floyd is quite capable of boxing Manny's ears off. Style wise, i have always felt this was not a good matchup for Manny. As tough as Cotto is said that if Manny could take Miguel's best shots, the fight would not be a contest.Floyd will present Manny with a whole different set of problems that Manny and Freddy should take seriously.
