Semen and urine leakage?

hello.....from p 1 month i am having a problem that i have a urine and semen leakage..i heard lot about kegel excercise and started this recently....could any body tell me that is it a cure able problem?...can anybody tell me that which fruit can help me to improve my pc muscle or any vegetable ?? and also can u tell me that can i do kegel excercise while urinating?
