Plasma TV delivery advice. Will it break?!?

I am getting a 50 inch delivered tomarrow. They are not going to walk up the 2 steps according to the agent on the phone. Anyhow, is there anything to this tip'n'tell indicator for plasmas going horizontal during shipment? Would a BIG MAN have to worry about about bringing this inside alone up 2 or 3 steps? Is the primary concern about gl breakage? Any worries about anti-glare screen damage. I am not certain how to handle this sizable leisure 'investment' without doing any harm or being the bearer of bad goods.
