My dog keeps waking me up at 4 in the morning!!?

I have dogs also that are used to getting up at 4am and that situation has changed..I find by not letting them go to bed at the same time as before and keeping them up an extra hour has them sleeping at least till 5am now..It's hard as they have a built in alarm system
