How do you deal with people who play mind games with you through insinuation, & subliminal words ?

I avoid people like that. If you can't avoid them, maybe you can ignore them. Or you could try to ask them what they mean. Pretend you don't understand what they are insinuating and make them explain themselves. If they won't, just shrug your shoulders, smile and say "I'm not sure what your point is" and turn away.
