I thought canada was supposed to have worse healthcare than the US?

America has the worst health care system of the civilized world, in fact they don't even have a health-care system, they just let corporations turn death and suffering into profit as they brutally cut up the populace, deciding who lives and who dies. The rest of the world doesn't allow that garbage why does the US allow it. I know which side of the border I want to be on.
