I Just torn my ACL on my right leg and need workout advice!?

Just torn my ACL today. (BTW I torn my acl from my left last year) I need to get my right leg strong I know I need surgery but I want to make it stronger before I get the surgey. PLEASE I NEED EXECRISE TIPS I WANT TO START WORKING OUT TODAY. BTW the strange thing about it is it didn't get big & fat like what happen to my left.
