This is driving me insane please help!?

My front top tooth has a tiny chip in it. I noticed it because I was running my tongue over it, and could feel it. It is mainly in the back of the tooth, like you cannot see it unless I tilt my head up. Years ago when I had my braces taken off, this tooth experienced a large chip, so my dentist used a type of white buildup to fix the chip. The chip that happened tonight happened on that white build up part. Should I be freaking out?
