What steps has Israel actually taken or is taking?

The bottom line is that Israel knows damn well that ALL settlements in the West Bank are illegal under international law.They know only too well that the more they are able to build there the less probable it will be to evict them to make a 2 state solution . Israel knows it and the world knows it but as usual Israel stick up a finger at the US and the UN This is a state that says its a law abiding democratic state. Who do they think they are fooling.
