OMG! I have pop-upss from the internet - not a virus but advertisement pop ups help me get rid of emm please?

Plz Plzzzz! help me i was watching movies and then i started gettin pop ups [there not the pop ups sayin that i have a virus there like random pop upp advertising.] i have mii firewall up and i downloaded norton pc and rebooted it didnt help me....please give me good advice i promise i wont watch online movies again..welll only on youtube but thats itt...pleazee...pleazee..pleazeeee PLEAZEE! help me.
