Get another opinion before you commit to something that involved, expensive, and inconvenient. I know someone who was once told she had close to twenty cavities which needed work, yet when she visited another dentist, she had only three. Dentists are known to sometimes go for more drastic treatments to leverage the insurance payouts. Caveat emptor!
