I received a complaint for divorce from the Child Supp. officeand the summons was blank, was I properly serv?

If your lawyer looked at it and Children Services said they just mailed it at his request I would keep it but not worry about it. But I hope when you talked to them at Children Services you made a note of the name , date and time of the person you talked to.
