I want to put feeding photos in my son's scrapbook. opinions?

im not quite sure how to go about this. I had originally planned to make a paper scrapbook and to put a cloth over the pics so that if you wanted to see them you would need to lift it up. Now im making a digital scrapbook. How do you suggest i make it a bit discreet? As i am sure certain people won't want to see it and i don't want to force them but i do want them in the book. ideas?
