Can this work to connect my ps3 to my monitor?

this veeeeeeeeeerrrryyyyyy rarely works, but you gotta have a special monitor that can be used as a tv, otherwise has a scart, maybe your tv has scart you can try that, but the monitor, im sorry NO. scart is found on the back of the tv its the biggest thing with a lot of holes, and you need to have a scart adding, i dont know the correct word but it has a scart on 1 side so that you can connect it to your tv and DV on the other.....
