Why isn't everyone making a big deal out of demi's pictures?

miley took some pictures of herself that were highly suggestive but Demi's picture featured some guest stars lying in BED with her, where is the big OMG SHES A SLUT comments? Again I hate Miley but if we hate one star for it we should hate them all right?
