Photoshop or some other program HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

ok soo basically i remember when i was like 12 or summin in school i played around with this photoshop or abdobe thing i cant remember but if anyone has seen animator vs animation or seen pivot its like that sort of proram it lets you catch frames or summin and then play them back i would really appreciate if someone could tell me what its called and where to get it or if their is something like that PLEASE/THANKYOUU
