Is something wrong with my body?

its all about your eating habits. You can run as much as you want but if your not eating the right way its not gonan do nothing for you. Eat 6 small meals a day of healthy food and jog and work out. While your at work and cant heat stuff up, eat pwoer bars to supplement for food. Just dont make that your food for all day. Best thing to eat is Chicken and rice. Rice expands in your stomach to make you feel full. Also when you eat chew food up well and wait 30secs after you swallow, til you take the next bite do allow your food to digest. If you keep eating fast you will feel overly stuffed because you have ate to much and didnt eat slower. slower you eat, the fuller you will be. crazy I know but it works
