Is the motorway completely built/done between Zagreb, Croatia and Dubrovnik, Croatia?

At present the motorway is only complete as far as Split. South of Split, the 60 km section as far as Ploče is expected to be completed during 2011. Beyond Ploče the final route has yet to be decided as it involves negotiations with the neighbouring nation of Bosnia-Herzegovina to allow the motorway to run across eight kilometres of their territory near Nuem. We will have to wait and see the result of these negotiations before any progress can be made on this southern section.
