If the Evangelical Fundamentalists don't consider Catholics to be real Christians then why?

If the Evangelical Fundamentalists don't consider Catholics to be real Christians then why do the Evangelical Fundamentalists use the Bible that was put together by the Catholic Church at the Synod of Hippo in AD 393? If the Catholic Church is wrong now, were they not wrong then and their Bible can't be trusted to tell the truth?
