I moved, we have no furniture and my cats very agressive help?

i have 2 cats a male and female . the female is very territorial and dosnt like the male ( hes sweet and cuddly and dosnt fight so she gangs up on him) we moved from pa to tn a 12 hour trip , she was fine then and i had to leave them in the car for a day because i had to sign a lease and so i stayed at my sisters . of course i checked up on them twice in the car patted them each. but when i moved them into the house i guess phatty ( the male ) took over the house i soposee ( im not there cuz i stay at my sisters for now im waiting for the movers to get here and unpack plus i have to fix the place up cuz its crap but i check in 1 aday ) when i went to pet her 2 days ago she scratched me and hissed and wont allow me to get close. the male is every where and is takin over i dont even want him but hes my other sisters and she cant take care of him ( so when shes moves ill give him to her) what can i do to help my baby
