Any San Diego 2010 New Year's Eve Events?

I would like to know if there are any NON CLUB new year's eve events in San Diego, preferably like music outside on the beach or cruising the bay on a yacht? And please, not on the Hornblower! If there are any websites with detailed information, please add those too, thanks!
