How can I wake myself up at the end of a sleep cycle, instead of in the middle of a REM cycle?

They have a new alarm clock out that monitors your sleep (via electrodes or some other sensors??) that will wake you up during your lightest stage of sleep. You set a range of time basically--the earliest it should wake you up and the latest it should wait to wake you up. They're kinda expensive though. You can also get a watch that does the same thing. I might need to try it too. I know just what you mean about being tired because of when in my sleep cycle I wake up. Here's a site with one example of the watch: a href="http://www.sleeptracker.com/" rel="nofollow"http://www.sleeptracker.com//a
