I found out what ive been doing but didnt know that i was doing it lol?

So in my mind i found out that everytime i congradulated my self, talked to myself,or dissed myself, i would always say YOU instead of I. Like there was somebody else in my head talking to me. For instance, i would be like aye bro you did a good job instead of saying i did a good job. Now that i am putting pointinf everything to me im feeelin bettrer haha you guys know what this problem would be? cuz i have no clue, i just do it lol
